if you're sending a photo reference it would help a lot if you also sent digital examples of colours!! colour picking from a photo isn't consistent

if you want me to design an oc with you, send as many references as you want, stuff like clothes, body type, species, even moodboards or playlists! there is never "too much" when it comes to figuring out a character.
please note i cannot guarantee i will accept character design commissions.

payment:i'll send initial sketches and this is when you can make as many changes as you'd like (within reason) to posing/expressions etc; once sketches are confirmed i'll calculate payment

full payment after the sketch has been confirmed is heavily preferred, but a 50/50 split can also be done for commissions over £60. (50% upfront, 50% after the commission is finished)

right now, i actually prefer ko-fi payments, however i will also accept paypal. if choosing to pay using paypal, i will send an invoice when the commission is confirmed

cancellation:if i haven't completed anything beyond the rough sketching phase, full refunds can be given. if you wish to cancel a commission in the middle of progress, partial refunds can be calculated

in the unlikely event i cancel your commission, i will issue a FULL refund, regardless of how much i have completed

the processi'll send the sketch first, and that's when you can make as many changes as you'd like. again, i work a LOT better with visual references so by all means redline and transform tool my sketches to help me get it as accurate to what you imagine!

i use warm colours by default (excluding in references and character design works): if you'd rather i use the colours shown in the reference OR a different tonal colour palette, let me know beforehand; switching colour palettes entirely after flat colours are completed will incur a fee (~20% total price).

i will send the commission flat coloured, and this is when you can let me know if any minor colour shifts are needed. this will NOT incur an additional fee (within reason).
if the ordered commission is only flat coloured, minor colour shifts are still okay, just let me know!

no major changes beyond the flat colour stage.* minor colour shifts and/or adding/altering small details (think scars, teeth, rings, etc) is okay, and larger additions/alterations will be done on a case-by-case basis
